School Improvement Plans

2019-2020 School Improvement Priorities

The School Improvement Plan is formulated using a wealth of information such as:

  • End of key stage attainment
  • Performance against other schools as illustrated in RAISE online
  • Progress information from across the school
  • Needs analysis for specific cohorts of children
  • Development points from previous OFSTED inspections
  • Feedback from pupils, parents and staff

This information is used to formulate school improvement aims for a three year period.  Teaching staff are members of a school improvement team tackling key priorities.  Teams draw up detailed action plans for each academic year identifying key actions, progress measures and impact information.  The budget is matched to meet the aims of these priorities.
