Dolphin's safer internet day.

We have been thinking about Safer Internet day! We have been thinking about our online self. This is not a pretend version of ourselves, it’s our real selves. The theme this year is ‘free to be me’. We played some games first, such as agree or disagree where we moved to a different side of the classroom depending if you agreed or disagreed with a statement. Some statements were silly such as “football is the greatest sport” and some were more serious e.g. “people with brown hair can’t cook”. We made a class poster with things we loved to do and chatted about how we all like different things – which is fine! We also made an online image of ourselves and thought about what information we can share online and what we should NEVER share online such as our full name, date of birth, address or the school we attend.

We watched 2 videos too – https://edtechnology.co.uk/Article/free-resources-launched-for-safer-internet-day-2020/
