We have been developing our art skills. We experimented with the different printing techniques to create artistic images including sand, paint, play dough, stamps and pens. We used repeating and overlapping shapes. We used objects to create prints and we used playdough to roll, rub and stamp to make prints.  We really enjoyed making different patterns.

In Literacy – we’ve been thinking about capital letters, finger spaces, full stops and question marks.

In maths – we’ve started to use our place value skills to measure objects around the room. We’ve been looking at the length including height or width. We have to remember to say “centimetres” after a number when we are measuring length.
